Return Policy for Enigma

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns on products that are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Product Conditions: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition with the packaging intact.

2. How to Return a Product

  • Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Do not return items without prior approval.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after the returned item is received. Please allow some time for the refund to appear on your payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order for the product of your choice.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

  • Sale/Discounted Items: Products purchased during sales or with discounts are non-returnable, unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Lost or Damaged Items During Return Shipment

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning an item. Enigma is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

7. Return Exceptions

In the case of exempted products, such as those that are open, used, or not in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
